AI for Accessible Learning

Process

I designed this experience with a simple goal in mind, i.e., to help educators make sense of accessibility in a way that actually works in their classrooms.

I started by breaking down complex ideas like UDL, assistive technologies, and the digital divide into clear, practical concepts. Instead of keeping it theoretical, I grounded everything in real classroom situations so it felt relevant and usable.

To keep the learning active, I built in hands-on tasks, reflection moments, and small decision-making activities. The idea was to help educators not just understand accessibility, but start thinking about how it shows up in their own teaching.

I also created simple examples to help them spot barriers in their classrooms, and introduced AI as a practical way to adapt content and support different learners.

In the end, the focus was on making accessibility feel doable, not overwhelming, so educators could start applying it right away.
