Process

I designed and developed this self-paced masterclass on behavioral change independently, starting with a broad topic brief. I began by mapping out a simple course structure, anchoring each module around a clear learner outcome.

To keep the experience focused and meaningful, I narrowed the content to three key models (Nudge Theory, COM-B, and the Transtheoretical Model). This helped avoid overload while still building a strong foundation.

I designed the course to balance theory with practical application, encouraging learners to connect each model to their own daily habits and real-world decisions.

The result is a focused, practical learning experience that helps learners understand behavioral change and apply it to make more intentional choices in their everyday lives.
